Hallmark Appoints Bruce Cerullo as Chief Executive Officer
Healthcare IT veteran to lead Hallmark through the Company’s next phase of growth
HAUPPAUGE, NEW YORK (February 1, 2024) - Hallmark (“the Company”), a healthcare technology company specializing in workforce management solutions, today announced that Bruce Cerullo has been named Chief Executive Officer. Co-Founder Isaac Ullatil, who has served as Chief Executive Officer for the past 13 years, will transition to the role of Strategic Advisor.
Mr. Cerullo brings more than 35 years as an investor and operator in the healthcare industry, having served in multiple executive leadership and board positions throughout his career, including serving as Chairman and CEO at both Nordic Global and Vitalize Consulting Solutions (VCS). He was most recently an Advisory Partner at Summit Partners and previously spent nearly two decades as an Operating Partner at SV Health Investors.
